These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and PT Fresora Sinergi Abadi. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
2. AI Service Usage
Our platform leverages advanced generative media technologies. Users are expected to utilize these tools responsibly and ethically.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use our AI services to generate deepfakes for malicious intent, misinformation, or sexually explicit material.
- Accuracy: While we strive for precision, generative AI can produce hallucinations or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying high-stakes output.
- Input Integrity: You represent that you have the right to provide any data or media uploaded to our servers for processing.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, brand elements, and proprietary algorithms developed by Fresora remain the exclusive property of PT Fresora Sinergi Abadi.
Regarding content generated via our AI tools: subject to your compliance with these terms, Fresora hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to output generated for you. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar prompts.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Fresora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account security.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Fresora Sinergi Abadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Fresora in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or Fresora's business interests.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately. Provisions regarding IP, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
