Services
Fresora provides end-to-end creative production services including strategy, concept development, content creation, and delivery across digital and physical platforms.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to help us deliver the best possible results.
Project Briefs and Materials
All project briefs, references, assets, and materials provided by you must not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us permission to use them for the purpose of delivering the project.
Revisions
We include a defined number of revision rounds per project as agreed in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond that may be subject to extra fees.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our creative concepts, ideas, and processes. Final deliverables are owned by you upon full payment, except where third-party rights apply.
Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose and channels. Reselling or redistributing without permission is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project information and materials confidential and not disclose them to any third party without written consent.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued per the agreed milestones. Payment is due within the stated terms. Late payments may incur additional fees and affect project timelines. [Specific figures to be set per proposal — requires legal review.]
Delivery Timelines

Liability
